According to SuperData Research, the market share of carrier billing in CEE for digital gaming transactions ranges from 8.5% to 21.5%. This indicates that many people who have access to traditional payment methods still prefer to pay with carrier billing.
The two main reasons being simpler checkout flows compared to card payments, leading to higher conversion; and better localized pricing options that help collect payments in the native currency.
