Customer Relationship Manager

based in Tartu, Estonia

Your day-to-day:

You’ll be part of Fortumo Customer Support team focusing on helping our customers (service providers, end-users, mobile operators) from across the globe by delivering solutions and assisting to their support requests as well as contributing to fraud management, monitoring, payout processes, merchant auditing and leading different projects and initiatives. You will be working closely with our engineering and business development teams making sure that services are delivered efficiently and problems are solved. We expect you to be proactive, passionate about customer satisfaction and take initiative to improve our day-to-day workflows. You’ll enjoy working with us if you’re a real go-getter and like to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • be proactive in finding solutions to customers' problems and ensure that they are being solved quickly and professionally

  • be able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities simultaneously
  • think critically and analytically while paying strong attention to details
  • be highly motivated, self-sufficient and able to operate efficiently without close supervision
  • be able to handle routine tasks and stress
  • have higher education (can be in acquisition)
  • have a good understanding how Internet ecosystem works

It would be a plus if you:

  • speak another foreign language
  • have some previous experience in first line customer support or sales
  • have a certain technical expertise in the field of web and mobile technologies
  • have a previous project management experience
