You’ll be part of Fortumo Customer Support team focusing on helping our customers (service providers, end-users, mobile operators) from across the globe by delivering solutions and assisting to their support requests as well as contributing to fraud management, monitoring, payout processes, merchant auditing and leading different projects and initiatives. You will be working closely with our engineering and business development teams making sure that services are delivered efficiently and problems are solved. We expect you to be proactive, passionate about customer satisfaction and take initiative to improve our day-to-day workflows. You’ll enjoy working with us if you’re a real go-getter and like to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
