Technical Account Manager

based in Tartu, Estonia

Your day-to-day:

As a part of our Products Team, this role is all about supporting and cooperating with our clients who are the leading gaming, social and digital companies from around the world. As Technical Account Manager, you will:

  • work directly with our customers, helping them complete our payment, messaging and user acquisition solutions integrations
  • identify clients' needs, suggest the best technical implementation approach and proactively drive them towards the product integration and successful launch
  • be helping our business team with data and technical analyses for different business opportunities and new product ideas
  • use clients' feedback to improve our documentation and overall merchant onboarding experience
  • commit to product improvements by suggesting new features and executing their delivery in cooperation with other teams in Fortumo

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • enjoy tackling the technical challenges that come with big-scale products
  • have at least 2 years of experience either in IT project management, technical support or account management
  • have excellent communication skills
  • know how to use data for troubleshooting problems and identifying growth opportunities
  • hold a degree in IT or Economics
  • are proactive by nature and like to take initiatives
  • are results-oriented and hardworking
  • are fluent in English, both verbal and written

It would be a plus if you:

  • have previous experience with databases and back office systems
  • have programmed using one of popular languages
  • have used statistical or analytical software and techniques in the past
  • speak another foreign language
