What is the purpose and content of this role?

Working in the Merchant Services team, you'll be helping merchants launch new payment methods on Boku's payment platform. You'll work directly with e-wallets and mobile operators from around the world, make sure onboarding requirements are met and coordinate with internal stakeholders both on the business- and tech sides to ensure successful service launches.

As a B2B Onboarding Specialist, you will:

Review and submit relevant approval documentation to e-wallets and mobile operators
Validate commercial conditions and apply internal configurations
Negotiate with payment method providers for fixing project timelines and removing launch blockers
Perform final testing and confirm launch readiness of new services
Carry out simple KYC and compliance checks
Keep track and ensure internal visibility of onboarding project statuses
Collaborate with technical and business teams for successful project delivery
Help maintain good relations with our external partners

Have proven multi-project management skills, ideally backed with 2+ years of experience working in IT or fintech industry
Have excellent communication skills in English, additional language skill is a plus
Feel comfortable working with legal and technical documentation as well as financial calculations and -models
Take the initiative, and work independently and efficiently without close supervision
Be methodical, proactive, and results oriented
Demonstrate great analytical skills and attention to detail
Handle stress and high workloads with poise and ease
