Our most important focus in the Customer Relations team is on providing support to our clients (service providers, end-users, mobile operators) from across the globe by delivering solutions and assisting with their requests. In addition, you will be contributing to fraud management, monitoring, payout processes, merchant auditing, and leading different projects and initiatives. Everyone at Fortumo has a strong sense of commitment and ownership. We don't expect you to know everything from the beginning but we do want you to want to learn and grow with us.
