What is the purpose and content of this role?

This role is all about building and maintaining the vision and roadmap for Fortumo's data products - including partner analytics, internal analytics, reporting, data warehouse, etc. As part of the Product team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and ideas from internal stakeholders, promoting data products, and increasing the adoption, working VERY closely with the Data engineering team to have a steady delivery pipeline.

    Knowledge and expertise that matters:

    • 3 + years of experience as a product manager, product owner, project manager, or analyst
    • Excellent project management and prioritization skills
    • Knowledge of different data solutions (relational databases vs NoSQL, big data basics)
    • Fluent presentation and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
    • Hands-on SQL skills (executing queries)
    • Fluent in describing product features in a cohesive and detailed manner
    • Confident working with data and make data-driven decisions
    • Skill and will to work with multiple products and projects at the same time
    • Able to think and see data from the customer's point of view to define the most relevant product requirements
