Fortumo develops mobile technologies that our merchants (including Google Play, Spotify and Amazon) use to grow their user base, collect payments and increase customer loyalty. We help them do this by connecting them to 350+ mobile operators in 100+ countries so they can use our telco integrations for customer acquisition (bundling), payments (direct carrier billing) and communication (SMS messaging).
We have global team of more than 10 nationalities with offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Hanoi, Delhi, Singapore and Jakarta. The quickly changing digital ecosystem requires us to be independent and fast learners, but at the same time work together across multiple teams to deliver results to our customers. The industry we operate in is highly competitive which means everyone needs to go the extra mile, but we never forget about having fun while doing so.
In this role, you will work on planning, launching, measuring and improving our marketing campaigns and related KPI-s, as well as allocating the advertising budget. You will create a flow of inbound leads through search engine advertising, engage existing leads through retargeting and work closely with our business development team on priority segments and products, using the account-based marketing (ABM) approach.
Your goal will be to increase the amount of Marketing Qualified Leads with whom our business development team will work with to get them launched as Fortumo's customers. On a daily basis, this means researching of new marketing channels, A/B testing ad creatives, researching keywords, setting up audiences and optimizing advertising assets for conversions. You will also work on improving our homepage SEO, launching landing pages and other assets to support our advertising campaigns and organic visibility.
On a monthly basis, you will be analyzing campaign data and reporting on recommendations to improve our strategy, tactics and channels used.
