What is the purpose and content of this role?

Your career at Fortumo will start as a Director of Telco Partnership. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire business from building to maintaining our telco partnerships as well as defining the next level partnership opportunities and products that could match with the telco's strategic goals and actively selling those ideas to telcos. In simple terms, you will be our main proactive contact person for the strategic telco partners, helping to run a smooth day to day business, defining areas to improve, grow the business together with the business development team and define future services and products that fit with Fortumo and telco's strategy.

    Knowledge and expertise that matters:

    • Excellent in building and maintaining B2B relationships
    • Able to manage, control and influence longer and complex sales cycles and partners
    • Excellent analytical and strategical evaluating skills to estimating the opportunities
    • Familiar with terms like direct carrier billing and telco bundling
    • Firm understanding of the online and mobile market & are tech-savvy by nature
    • A can-do attitude and ability to work independently without close supervision
    • You are proactive, and take the initiative to improve our day-to-day workflows
    • Strong presentation and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
    • Arabic, French, or Spanish language skill is an advantage
