You’ll be leading a team who’s role is to strengthen the relationships with our existing merchants and help them to grow and be more successful. Your role is to lead the team, hold team’s vision, define it’s strategy and manage the everyday work by supporting your team and helping them grow. You may be also responsible for 1-2 strategic accounts yourself. Unlike traditional account management teams, your team is acting as business development team with the goal to proactively help our international customers to expand and grow by coming up with new opportunities for growth and working closely with sales in on-boarding high profile clients and exploring their growth opportunities. In addition to building relationships with the customers and growing their revenue your team needs to work closely with product and telco teams to help us to improve our products and identify new business areas.
