You will work side-by-side with our team leads and you'll be the very heart of culture, making sure everything is going in the right direction.

Your day-to-day:

You will be involved in various HR related matters from hiring and onboarding to retention and company branding and everything in between. Being the go-to person in people ops matters for over 70 people globally, you will enjoy finding solutions to all kinds of challenges. You know how to get the right people on board and you help to make sure they will stay on the right path by working closely with our team leads on various people matters. Passionate about learning & development, you'll make sure that our team's needs are covered - from running internal trainings to putting together workshops for team leads. You are in charge of payroll activities, ensuring that all the paperwork around employment agreements and salaries is in order.

    We really want you to:

    • Have at least 3 years of HR experience (preferably in IT).
    • Have experience in sourcing and recruiting in the tech sector.
    • Have a strong strategic and organizational mindset.
    • Have some experience in L&D activities and belief in a learning culture.
    • Have strong follow-through skills and attention to detail.
    • Have a self-starter mentality and results-driven, hands-on attitude.
    • Be fluent in Estonian and English.
