What is the purpose and content of this role?

You’ll be part of our Carrier Integrations team who delivers new mobile operator connections for our merchants world-wide. You will be responsible for establishing technical communication channels with the operator, evaluating the integration project scope and deliverables, preparing the project documentation, supporting the Engineering team with implementation, configuring the connection in our system for our merchants, and eventually launching our service providers on the connection.

Your tasks will also include supporting our Sales team with technical know-how, managing the connection technical documentation, monitoring and improving the connections to their top performance, communicating the progress and ETA's within the team and external stakeholders.

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter the most in this role:

    • Have proven multi-project management skills (preferably in IT)
    • Be capable of working with simple technical documentation
    • Be able to support multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Feel comfortable with working with complex financial calculations and models
    • Take the initiative, work independently and efficiently without close supervision
    • Handle stress and high workloads with poise and ease
    • Be results-oriented and hardworking
    • Have previous experience with mobile operators, VAS services, or payment systems
    • Be fluent in written and spoken English
