Fortumo is a digital enablement platform for app stores and digital service providers for user acquisition, monetization, and retention. The company connects service providers with more than 280 mobile operators across Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.

We are a team of talented and young people passionate about our products used by millions of people globally. Together we aim to get things done without bureaucracy, and we enjoy doing it from a flexible and comfy yet professional and engaging work environment.

You'll be working alongside international and fun colleagues and founders at one of Estonia's most global technology companies. Everyone at Fortumo has a strong sense of commitment and ownership. We don't expect you to know everything from the beginning, but we do want you to want to learn and grow with us. You'll be given a chance to actively shape our future success while helping our customers to grow their businesses from every corner of the world. If you believe in getting things done, you'll fit right in.

Your day-to-day:

As an IT Support Specialist, your main mission is to provide support to other Fortumo employees with the IT tools required to do their work successfully. This involves the preparation and maintenance of workstations with different operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows), access management in different environments (Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, AWS) and for servers and keeping the network up and running (Wifi, VPN). Also, helping our employees solve technical issues they encounter day-to-day. That means the role expects you to be empathic in understanding people's problems and creative to come up with possible solutions. The profile we're looking for is an enthusiastic specialist with interest in a wide range of topics related to IT - be it Linux security patching or researching purchasing a new UPS.

In the bigger picture, our Infrastructure team is responsible for empowering software engineers with DevOps tools needed to keep the continuous delivery process running smoothly and securely. As a member of that team, you will have the possibility to familiarize yourself with various topics like infrastructure-as-code, AWS services, automation with Python, and you gradually start contributing to those topics as well. That means we expect you to be pro-active, ready to learn, and, most importantly, to have a #can-do attitude.

This role will require occasional travelling between Tallinn and Tartu.
