If you believe in getting things done, you'll fit right in.
As an IT Support Specialist, your main mission is to provide support to other Fortumo employees with the IT tools required to do their work successfully. This involves the preparation and maintenance of workstations with different operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows), access management in different environments (Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, AWS) and for servers and keeping the network up and running (Wifi, VPN). Also, helping our employees solve technical issues they encounter day-to-day. That means the role expects you to be empathic in understanding people's problems and creative to come up with possible solutions. In the bigger picture, our Infrastructure team is responsible for empowering software engineers with DevOps tools needed to keep the continuous delivery process running smoothly and securely. As a member of that team, you will have the possibility to familiarize yourself with various topics like infrastructure-as-code, AWS services, automation with Python, and you gradually start contributing to those topics as well. That means we expect you to be pro-active, ready to learn, and, most importantly, to have a #can-do attitude.
This role will require occasional travelling between Tallinn and Tartu.
