What is the purpose and content of this role?
Your career at Fortumo will start as a Key Account Manager. In this role, your main goal is to help our key merchants across different industries from media, gaming, streaming, sharing economy, etc to expand and grow their revenue. Your role is focused on building and strengthening relationships with industry-leading companies like Spotify, Deezer, Sony, Amazon, Epic Games, Tencent, Google, and other exciting companies. You will be developing the business we have with our key partners by actively pursuing opportunities for growth. To achieve this, you will work with our sales team in on-boarding high-profile clients and identifying how to grow them. You will also work closely together with other teams in Fortumo to deliver new markets, products, compliance, and technical features to your clients that have an impact on their revenue and market positioning.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter the most in this role:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management roles in the payments/software industry
Can demonstrate a track record of accomplished sales results and targets
Experience in project management and have delivered custom solutions for business partners
Excellent in verbal and written English, speaking another language is a plus
Good if you have some international experience, but it's not mandatory
High stress-tolerance and capability of dealing with multiple competing topics at the same time
A quick learner and enjoying to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
