Our team is growing, and we need extra help in our recruiting team to make that happen. We need a recruiter with one fundamental responsibility: finding and hiring talented people to grow our teams in Fortumo.
In this role, you will be helping us discover and attract top talents to join our technical and/or business teams in Estonia and internationally. You will be responsible for headhunting, organising the whole hiring flow from the beginning to the end, and hiring the best people for our team. In addition to talent sourcing and recruiting efforts, you will be making sure that candidates have a super positive candidate experience from the very first hello to the first day at Fortumo. Including employee experience workflow at our Tallinn office.
You will also be helping us with Employer Branding activities while working closely with the HR and Marketing team to develop innovative ways to attract, identify, and head-hunt talents (different innovative sourcing, outreach, and headhunting techniques and translating these into the company’s recruitment strategy).
