What is the purpose and content of this role?

This role is all about day to day management of project delivery for leading streaming and VOD providers. By leveraging Fortumo's platform and partnership with more than 100 Telcos worldwide, you will support our Digital partners in new user acquisition and international expansion. As part of the Products team, you will be responsible for:

• gathering project requirements from stakeholders at our Digital and Telco partners

• planning project implementation by working closely with product owners, solution architects, and other teams inside Fortumo

• driving exceptional communication with external stakeholders and managing their expectations

• maintaining project documentation and tracking delivery progress

• leading project delivery by internal teams, validating their deliverables and mitigating risks

• arranging supporting processes including SLA, customer care, and performance monitoring

• collaborating with our Digital and Telco partners on the go to market plans and marketing activities

    Knowledge and expertise that matters:

    • 3+ years of experience either as an IT project manager, analyst, or product manager
    • proven track record in B2B tech project management and delivery
    • you possess excellent presentation and communication skills
    • be capable of effectively leading parallel multi-stage projects with geographically distributed stakeholders
    • be comfortable with an agile environment
    • hold a degree in IT, Economics, or a similar field
    • fluent in English, both verbal and written
    • programming or web development (bonus if you have previous experience, but not mandatory)
    • API-based SaaS solutions and integrations (bonus if you have previous experience, but not mandatory)
    • Project Manager certification like PMI/ACP/APMG (bonus if you have previous experience, but not mandatory)
    • project management for large Telecom or Tech companies (bonus if you have previous experience, but not mandatory)
    • working with UI mockups and process flow charts (bonus if you have previous experience, but not mandatory)
